Ghulab Ashram
Ghulab Ashram is a spacious, purpose-built sheltered dwelling, situated in a quiet residential street in Hall Green, Birmingham. The house has been specifically adapted for the needs of older people who have cultural needs and associated communication (language) barriers, mobility difficulties and who require varying degrees of support.
The home accommodates 44 people over the age of 60 with varying degrees of independence. Ghulab Ashram is an Extra Care scheme providing personal care where needed. The living arrangements include individual flats and communal areas that provide a secure, sensitive family style environment, with a large, well-established private garden.
