The Health and Social Care Department provides accommodation based services as well as delivering services within communities. By broadening our services with our Community Development Workers we are able to meet the wide diversity of needs within communities and promote independence so that more people can benefit from living in their own homes.
We are also expanding phyically having recently opened a scheme in Coventry, Ribbon Court.
