Performance Management

The Performance Management team aim is to:

  • Provide a route to achieving Ashram’s business plans objectives through systems and infrastructure improvements.
  • Provide excellent quality services to our colleagues, customers and clients.
  • To maintain current procedures and develop new systems to improve business performance.
  • To provide systems that capture and accurately measure the outputs and to report to our commissioners.
  • Reinforce the principles of the Investors In Excellence model and integrate this into every day Ashram business.

We deal with many areas including audits, time management monitoring, complaints monitoring, training co-ordination, performance management, and more.
