Our own waiting lists are closed until further notice due to the high level of demand compared to the number of properties available. In exception to this, accommodation may be available for people over 55 only in Nechells, Birmingham. Contact Pritesh Dumasia on 0300 111 7000 to see if you can take advantage of this.
Please note: We only hold waiting lists for Birmingham (mainly Bordesley Green, Saltley, Washwood Heath, Ward End, Aston, Small Heath and Nechells) Half of our vacancies in these areas are let to applicants nominated to us by the local council.
If your current landlord is another housing association or a council you may be able to exchange your home by registering with HomeSwapper.
When our waiting list is open you can request an application form by either visiting our office, calling us on 0300 111 7000 or by emailing us at customerfirst@accordgroup.org.uk If you request an application via email, you must include your telephone number so that someone can call you prior to sending you the form.
