Mental Wellbeing

National charity, Mind, has created an online hub to provide advice on how to support your mental wellbeing during this period. This includes practical advice on coping with staying at home, tips for employers on supporting yourself and your team, and updates on how the new coronavirus laws could affect your rights. It also contains advice for young people struggling at this time. MindHub

Domestic Violence Support

Domestic abuse is any type of controlling, bullying, threatening or violent behaviour between people in a relationship. It isn't just physical violence – domestic abuse includes emotional, physical, sexual, financial or psychological abuse.  It includes so called ‘honour’ based violence, female genital mutilation (FGM) and forced marriage.
Anybody can experience domestic abuse, but nobody should. If you or someone you know is experiencing domestic abuse, help is available.

Accord runs a number of domestic violence services, if you need support please contact Sahdaish Pall our Domestic Violence Service Manager on 07977 426580 or
